As a reflexologist, EFT therapist and wellbeing coach with 30 years’ experience, I am passionate about helping people to future proof their health in a completely natural way.
I am very excited to be able to offer my lovely clients access to my knowledge and experience through my monthly ‘Passion for Health’ membership. My community is about helping women who feel their age creeping up on them and want to stay as healthy as possible without resorting to medication but are overwhelmed by all the information available and don’t know how to take action.
I will empower you to take back control of your health by harnessing the power of natural medicine, so that you can enjoy life with more energy, vitality and fulfilment into your 50’s, 60’s and beyond.
What is included?
I offer monthly group coaching sessions via Zoom, talking about the science behind reversing your biological age and optimising your health, and share proven strategies that you can easily incorporate into your daily life.
There are also live talks and workshops by experts about nutrition, yoga, relaxation, healthy eating and much more. All sessions are recorded and can be accessed through your own personal wellbeing hub.
We also have a private community page where we can share stories, tips, support each other and we will enjoy in-person meet ups where you can make new friends.
I have so much knowledge and experience that I can’t wait to share with you over the coming months! My aim is to give you the tools and a healthy mindset for life, and to create a community of like-minded people who are as passionate as I am about optimising their wellbeing.
