Tracey Turton - Clinic Director and Wellbeing Coach, Warrington, Cheshire

Hi, I’m Tracey

I’m a Wellbeing Coach, Clinical Reflexologist and founder of Cheshire Natural Health.

For more than 30 years, I’ve worked with thousands of people and seen first-hand just how much our everyday choices can influence the way we feel and how we age.

I’ve become increasingly passionate about helping women in their 50s, 60s and beyond look beyond simply getting older and start thinking about how they want to age.

I believe we should be aiming for more than simply living longer.

We want those extra years to be healthy ones – with the energy, strength, confidence and independence to continue enjoying the people and experiences that make life worthwhile.

My approach brings together natural health, lifestyle, wellbeing coaching and complementary therapies to help you understand what your body needs and make changes that are achievable and sustainable.

You want to look after your health, but where do you begin?

Perhaps you have always been healthy, but midlife has brought changes you weren’t expecting.
  • Less energy than you used to have
  • Brain fog or poor sleep
  • Aches, tension or persistent stress
  • Weight or body changes
  • A sense that you have lost touch with yourself
  • Worry about your future health
  • Confusion about conflicting wellbeing advice

Or perhaps you actually feel quite well – and you’d like to keep it that way.

You don’t need to wait until something goes wrong before making your health a priority.

Your next chapter can be your healthiest

Reaching 50 and beyond can be an incredibly positive stage of life. But it can also be a time when you begin to notice changes in your energy, sleep, weight, strength, hormones, mood or general wellbeing.

Perhaps you simply don’t feel quite as well as you used to. Or maybe you’ve started thinking more seriously about your future health and wondering what you can do now to stay active, independent and well for as long as possible.

You may finally have more time and freedom to travel, enjoy your relationships, spend time with your family and focus on yourself.

Your health should support those plans—not hold you back.

Drawing on over 30 years’ experience in natural health, I will help you to understand your body, make positive changes and create a realistic approach to wellbeing that supports you through midlife and beyond, so you can feel more energised, resilient and confident, with a practical plan for protecting your health and enjoying the years ahead.

Refresh – Restore – Renew

Do you want to enjoy more energy and vitality as you age?
Do you want to learn how to take back control of your health?
Do you want to feel supported on your health journey?
Do you want to work with a therapist with 30 years experience of helping ladies like you?

I can help you…

My Approach to Healthy Ageing

I take a whole-person approach to wellbeing because your health isn’t determined by one thing in isolation. Together we can explore the areas that can make the greatest difference to the way you feel now and in the years ahead, including:

  • Nutrition & Metabolic Health
Supporting your body with the nutrients and eating habits it needs as you age.
  • Movement, Strength & Mobility
Helping you remain strong, mobile and independent.
  • Sleep & Restoration
Understanding how good-quality sleep supports physical and emotional health.
  • Stress & Nervous System Health
Building greater resilience and creating more balance in your life.
  • Hormonal & Post-Menopausal Wellbeing
Understanding the changes taking place in your body and how you can support yourself through them.
  • Emotional Wellbeing
Recognising the connection between your thoughts, emotions and physical health.
  • Relationships & Connection
Nurturing the relationships and social connections that enrich our lives.
  • Purpose, Joy & Fulfilment
Because ageing well isn’t simply about avoiding illness. It’s about continuing to enjoy your life.

Let’s take that journey together

You don’t have to overhaul your entire life. Some of the most powerful changes begin with understanding where you are now and taking one small step in the right direction.

If you’re a woman over 50 who wants to take a more proactive approach to her health, I’d love to help you.

Together, we’ll look at where you are now, what you’d like your future health to look like and the areas that could make the biggest difference to your wellbeing.

Your future self will thank you for starting today.

I have been suffering with muscle degradation for the past six years after a major life saving operation and as much as I have tried to build myself up it has been very hard work and I feel fatigued and tired as soon as I get out of bed in the morning after a fairly mixed up nights sleep. I came to Tracy for my first of three arranged reflexology treatment’s and I have felt the benefit straight away, my sleep last night was deeper and less disturbed and I feel this morning like I have had a good nights sleep with my body feeling it has rested. I’m so looking forward to my next treatment next week.

I had my 1st Reflexology appointment with Tracey. I felt extremely relaxed and Tracey explained everything to me as we went along. I slept for 5 hours solid last night instead of waking up every hour and feel really good today. Looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you.

The session was in itself a relaxing and comforting experience. I had gone to Tracey on a friends recommendation as my energy levels were totally depleted- my mojo was AWOL. After 2 sessions I am feeling far more positive and energised.
